This is a great place for boys and girls of all ages. The instructors all do a great job of relating to the kids, challenging them, and helping with important life skills such as self-discipline, respect, sportsmanship, and physical fitness.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is great. They take a real interest in the kids and take their time teaching. All experience groups train together which enhances the learning. The coaches are patient, and really work to help make the kids be their best selves both in and out of the gym.
