RESULTS AND GROWTH WITH EVERY CLASS!
Our Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes are for intermediate to advanced students. Classes are one hour long or more, consisting of a quick warm-up, technical instruction and live training. Techniques in this class will be intermediate to advanced requiring students to have a fundamental understanding of grappling at baseline.
This class focuses on leverage, technique over strength, positioning, defenses, basic submissions and other fundamental aspects of BJJ.
*We recommend that all students attend at least one Fundamentals class per week to learn important techniques to move from a standing position to a dominant position on the ground, followed by a submission.
Advanced BJJ students use a combination of sophisticated techniques such as sweeps, guard passes, takedowns, submissions, defense and escapes to gain an edge over their opponents.
